Foxy Reader - talking reader of labels, tags and playing cards. This handy device makes it easier for blind and visually impaired people to find consumer goods and consumer durables or their packaging.
Foxy Labels and Foxy Tags
Attach the enclosed waterproof adhesive labels and adhesive tags (especially suitable for loops on clothes) to any object and speak your desired product information. At the same time the same information is stored in the Foxy-Reader. The labels are easy to recognise due to tactile markings.
Foxy Cards
The Foxy playing cards are printed on both sides with small, area-wide codes that cannot be seen visually. However, the Foxy Reader can recognise them and communicate the card information to the player via earphones. This enables the blind person to play together with sighted friends and acquaintances.
